Serena Caunce
My passion for fitness began in university while completing my Bachelors majoring in Biology. I began my certification as a group fitness instructor in 2004 with the BCRPA in Vancouver, BC. After training as a high/low aerobics instructor, I continued adding to my fitness repertoire with kickbox training, pre/post natal workshops and pole dancing and sensual movement classes. My certification with Aradia Fitness continued to expand into the position of Instructor Trainer for Calgary in 2009, and has evolved to include Regina and Edmonton as well. Group exercise is a fulfilling route for keeping active because the music and the people involved keep the workout interesting. I hope to inspire people to lead an active lifestyle, and to promote that in their children. |
