ZumbaDitch the Workout and Join the Party with Zumba! Zumba is a Latin Dance Fitness Inspired Workout that gets the heart pumping while exercising to several rhythms including; Salsa, Cumbia, Meringue, Flamenco and Hip Hop to name a few. No previous dance experience required to enjoy this workout! Please note, this is not a Latin Dance Class but an aerobic workout - dance moves will not be broken down. Suitable for any fitness level because all of the moves can be modified.
Just purchase a 10 or 20 Class Punch Card (Punch Cards can only be used for Zumba - not Zumba Gold) and come to one or more classes during the week. Cards are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Zumba Toning is a slightly different workout than regular Zumba. We still dance to the same fun latin rhythms but we add the use of light handweights (no more than 3 pounds please!) This class is offered Thursday morning at 10am and Monday evening at 7:30pm. (The Monday evening Class is held at the Windsor Park Community Center) *This is great for beginners as the Choreography is easier to catch on to.
