Zumba ToningThe Fun Latin Dance Inspired Workout you know and love as Zumba has now been "pumped up" to include hand weights in this latest Zumba Workout - ZUMBA TONING!! ZUMBA TONING is a Latin Dance Fitness Inspired Workout that incorporates the use of light handweights that will get your heart beating and your muscles pumping as you exercise to several rhythms including; Salsa, Cumbia, Meringue, Flamenco and Cha Cha to name a few. No previous dance experience required to enjoy this workout! Please note, this is not a Latin Dance Class but an aerobic/muscles based workout. Suitable for any fitness level because all of the moves can be modified. You don't have to use hand weights if you don't wish to. Hand weights are optional.
Most people find this easier to follow than regular Zumba as the choreography is a little less tricky! Also a little lower impact than regular Zumba.
Just purchase a 10 or 20 Class Punch Card (Punch Cards can only be used for regular Zumba and Zumba Toning - not Zumba Gold) and come to one or more classes during the week. Cards are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
