Pure Stretch


Join Karen for a wonderful hour of PURE STRETCH.  This is a great class for dancers or non-dancers alike - Men or Women - all ages.  This class is for  those wanting a deep stretch but don't want to worry about memorizing a sequence.  Karen will guide you along as you stretch the entire body.  Stretching is such an important part of overall health and fitness.  It will help your muslces recover, help joint mobility and helps reduce injury.


What to wear: Comfortable workout clothes, a stretch mat (Yoga Mat or anything you find comfortable) and water.  Bare feet works well in this class.
