Dance 101 - NEW!

Do you want to dance but just don't know where to start?  Did you dance a while back and want to get back in to it?  This is the class for you!  This class will consist of Ballet Barre, Modern Dance, Jazz Dance and a stretching a core work portion.  Basic technique will be covered as you learn more about these styles while getting toned and fit.  No experience necessary. (Maximum 10 people per class)

 

What to Wear: Comfortable clothes and ballet slippers or other soft dance shoes.  Please bring water and a Yoga Mat.
