Burlesque

This fun and invigorating workout program is based around the movements and techniques of cabaret style burlesque dancing, promoting fitness as well as sexy movement and coordination.  This class is designed to burn calories and sculpt muscles in a fun and exhilarating program. You will have fun working with props such as feather boas and fans as you learn to put together fun routines. Just bring your "diva" attitude and your confidence. (Maximum 12 people per class)


Level 1 is for those brand new to Burlesque or wanting a slower paced class.


Level 2 is for those who want more of a challenge.  (You can be new to Burlesque and still join this class)  Level 2 students will get the opportunity to perform if they choose.  All performances are optional.

 

 

What to Wear: Comfortable clothes and feel free to add some style!  Barefeet, runners or Character Shoes can be worn.  (No spike high heels please! - High Heels must have a wide heel so they floor doesn't get damaged)
