Ballet
Do something great for your body and take a Ballet class. Ballet is an excellent way to strenghten and lenghten all of your muscles (total body workout) and increase your flexibility. Karen will guide you through a gentle Ballet class where you will do barre work, center work and stretching. (Maximum 12 people per class)
Level 1 is designed for individuals who haven't taken any Ballet or dance classes before or for those wanting to get back in to Ballet after many years.
Level 2 is designed for those wanting more of a challenge, have had Ballet experience in the past or are continuing on from Level 1.
Open Level is suitable for both beginners and more advanced. The class will be taught based on the level the majority of the students are comfortable with.
What to Wear: Comfortable clothing and Ballet slippers or soft dance slippers. Please bring water and a towel.
